Damaged, wrong or lost orders

If a bag arrives torn, you received the wrong mix, or the parcel never arrived, email info@baggedsoil.ca within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Include your order number (it starts with BS-) and a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. You don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind

You can return unopened bags within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you the return address. You pay for return shipping. Once the bags arrive back with us, we refund the product price. The original shipping cost isn't refunded.

Opened bags can't be returned for hygiene and quality reasons, unless the mix was faulty.

How refunds are paid

We refund to the same payment method you used, within 5 business days of approving the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order request at any time before you pay, at no cost: just reply to our email or ignore it. If you've already paid and the order hasn't shipped, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
